Komponen dan Fungsionalitas
LAYAR
The screen controls the final particle size of granulated material. Its perforated surface allows correctly sized particles to pass through while retaining larger pieces for further cutting. The screen frame and mounting system ensure secure positioning and easy replacement. Selecting the correct screen size improves throughput, consistency and granulator performance.
PEMANTAU KETERPAKSAAN
The Force Feeder increases the throughput of ZERMA GSH granulators when processing loose and bulky materials such as plastic bottles. It actively pushes material into the cutting chamber, ensuring a more consistent feed rate and improving granulation efficiency. This system is particularly useful for handling lightweight, voluminous plastic waste.
