Application
• Analyse customer requirements and/or existing systems for use as inputs to size, design and develop solutions
• Provide technical expertise to Sales team during pre-sales stage
• Assist in and/or prepare customer quotations and proposals
• Perform technical presentations and clarifications with customers
• Support Technical team to ensure customers’ technical requirements are successfully implemented in deliveries and installations
Sales
• Maximise existing customer relationship and build loyalty
• Create sales opportunities and develop new accounts
• Learn and understand customer problems and applications; dimension and recommend equipment and parts to customers
• Prepare and follow-up quotations and proposals to customers
Qualifications & Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Robotics/Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IT or equivalent
• Self-motivated, willing to learn, highly committed and result-oriented
• Ability to work independently and systematically with minimal supervision but also as a team player
• Competent in AutoCAD drafting or design
• Experience in, or good understanding of, Industry4.0 technologies, robotics, material handling and automations will be an added advantage
• Possesses own transport
• Able to travel within Malaysia and occasionally within Southeast Asia & worldwide
