The Vortex® Iris Valve opens and closes toward the center of its opening, creating a controlled, gradual flow or restriction of materials. VORTEX ORIFICE GATE VALVE
The Vortex Quantum Series Orifice Gate is engineered for handling dry bulk solids in gravity flow, dilute-phase pneumatic, and vacuum conveying systems. Unlike traditional knife gate or butterfly valves, it features a full-flow, unobstructed orifice for smooth, unrestricted material movement while maintaining line pressure. Its live-loaded, wear-compensating polymer seals resist abrasion, provide long service life, and ensure a dust-tight shutoff. SINGLE-COIL SOLENOID VALVE
