Solution
Enge Plas Automation supplied a Powder Weighing System consisting of a Micro Batch Screw Feeder, Batch Weighing Hopper, and Rotary Valve.
The Micro Batch Screw Feeder ensured precise and controlled dosing of powdered materials based on required setpoints. The Batch Weighing Hopper provided accurate batch measurement to maintain consistent dosing weight before transfer. A Rotary Valve was integrated to regulate material discharge and maintain stable flow into the system.
The complete solution was designed for accurate, repeatable, and controlled dosing performance within the SWTE process.
Results
Following implementation, the facility achieved improved dosing accuracy and more stable treatment performance. Batch consistency was significantly enhanced, resulting in better process reliability and reduced material variation.
