Valve bag filling machines deliver accurate packaging of granular and powdered material. Valve bag fillers apply across many applications, minerals to food, manual to automated. Valve bags are the most used bag style worldwide. As such, valve bag fillers need to cope with high filling speeds and yet be user friendly.  Besides this, smooth product flow is important in minimising spillage and dust.

Our big bag filling units are usable in various industries and application sectors. They provide a very efficient and quick method to fill bulk bags. There are two main types available, suspended “hanging” or bottom supported “platform” style. Material feeds into jumbo bags through gravity flow gate (eg. slide-gate or butterfly valve), rotary valve or an auger feeder.

Convenient options include integrated weighing together with filling. Weighing is either gross weigh (fill and weigh) or net weigh (pre-weigh and fill).
